		<description><![CDATA[Thanks for sharing this post. I especially like your second point: success can be measured differently. In order to determine the success of a campaign there should be clearly defined goals that everyone understands. Once objectives are outlined measurement becomes more effective. I would like to stress that measurement plays an important role in proving the value of PR.
